Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
As we can see, the product page is broken at the moment. Could you please try to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and enable the debug mode in
wp-config.php
file? It seems to be some PHP error and we need to understand why it happens there to be able to help you.Regards

VegannaParticipantWhat is this: enable the debug mode in wp-config.php file?
March 29, 2018 at 10:24 pm #49937
VegannaParticipantNo, the plugins are not the problem:
https://www.useloom.com/share/457b818c11f94b73a8dae0be810eb4b3
Most of my plugins I have run for month now, also the SSL and Woocommerce, and deactivating/activating the SSL always is a problem for google so I DON’T deactivate it and the SSL is also a plugin I run for MONTH now, so don’t even think about blaming the bugs on that!!!
Even after clearing the cache it is not working. I also have not played around with the Code, so I have no clue why suddenly the product description is not working anymore… It worked also with the yith multi vendor, it just suddenly happened one day out of the blue.

Artem TemosKeymasterHere is an article that will help you to enable the debug mode to see which PHP error caused this problem https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
If it will not help, please, provide us your FTP access so we can try to enable it for you.March 30, 2018 at 6:40 pm #50138
VegannaParticipantDone

Artem TemosKeymasterStrange, but there is no fatal error there. Could you please disable all external plugins and switch to parent theme instead of the child theme?
March 31, 2018 at 5:36 pm #50222
VegannaParticipantAgain: the plugins were NOT THE PROBLEM, so I didn’t deactivate them. BUT once I switched to the parent theme, the issue was solved. I recently updated the theme version- according to your instruction… So please fix the child theme issue, as I don’t know how.

Artem TemosKeymasterBut by default, there is no any PHP code in the child theme. If you have this problem with the child theme only, then you have added some extra code inside it and it causes this issue. You need to fix it or remove completely.

VegannaParticipantAnd how can I find this? As you should be able to guess: I DIDN’T ADD ANYTHING. The only thing I did was enable the debug mode for you…
April 3, 2018 at 6:20 am #50518
Artem TemosKeymasterSo if you didn’t add anything to the child theme, you can simply reinstall it with original theme downloaded from ThemeForest. You need to go to your account on ThemeForest, download all files for our theme, find
basel-child.zip
there, and install it instead of your current child theme. It will remove all the custom PHP code added and fix the issue. -
