    I am using a plugin from Barn2Plugins called “WOOCOMMERCE PRODUCT TABLE” .. it worked fine with the theme when I first installed it, but at some point I noticed that the Quantity Selector on my rows weren’t displaying properly. It is a known issue that some themes don’t work with their plugin: https://barn2.com/kb/select-quantity-problems/

    I believe at some point with one of the updates, it stopped working. My question is, can you guys fix the issue on your end? I can provide you with access to everything if you need. My site is not live. Just wanted to see if we could fix it. Thanks!

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi, yes I checked already and the quantity selectors are working as expected.

    I attached photos of the issue (woodmart1) and what the quantity selector should look like as it is on the checkout page (woodmart2)

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Hi, thanks. If it’s ok with you, I left these additional plugins on:

    WooCommerce Product Table
    WooCommerce Wholesale Pro
    Temporary Login without Password

    Issue: Quantity Selectors don’t show the field to enter quantity (numbers). The field looks like it shrank. It works fine when I disable the Woodmart theme and select one of the default themes like Twenty Nineteen.

    Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

    .woodmart .wc-product-table .product .cart .quantity input.qty {
    font-size: 14px;
}

    I noticed when I activated all my plugins that the only plugin it didn’t work with is Speed Optimizer by SiteGround. Is there anything I can do to make it work with that plugin, or should I just deactivate it?

    We suggest you contact the plugin’s developers for help on this matter. Maybe you just need to configure it right but we don’t have an instruction for this.
