Correct Instagram Post Image

I’ve connected my Instagram account accordingly by following the instructions, but no image is captured from my Instagram page to the right sidebar. And it kept saying “You need to upload your images manually to the element if you want to load them from your website. Otherwise, you will need to connect your real Instagram account via API.” I need to remove it or get it to display properly.
