    Hello,

    I’ve got an issue where the product label with image option is showing the main product photo as a thumbnail even though I didn’t assign a product label to this product

    Hello,

    I’m still using the show attribute label so i won’t be disabling them.

    The issue is that the products without a label assigned shows a thumbnail image like the one i showed you.

    Hello Hung,

    If I am to give you access, you do not have permission to deactivate any plugins. Last time one of your colleagues had admin access and deactivated the site changed the permalink structure then just left it like that which is unacceptable, this is a live e-commerce site.

    Thanks for sharing details.

    I tested staging site and couldn’t find same products as main site. I checked other products and saw that the Show attribute label on products option enabled https://prnt.sc/-1m44aB9bPMY

    Please disable it and product labels will not showing.

    Hello Hung,

    I want to display the label but the problem is it doesn’t show the label, it shows the thumbnail of the product image.

    I don’t think you’re undestanding me. I still need to use the image swatch. I just can’t have it displaying the product thumbnail when a variation is selected

    You’re basically telling me to remove the image swatch when I told you several times I need to keep it. However it is buggy, it displays a thumbnail even when I assign it an image swatch do you understand. You’re not giving me fixes you’re basically telling me to stop using the image swatch.

    Thanks for details.

    It caused by Swatchly Pro - Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Products plugin, I disabled it and variations disappeared.

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Variable Products and select attributes you want to display in product grid via Grid swatch attribute to display option https://prnt.sc/OP7iNF3mxUs6

    I tested on my end and it worked well https://prnt.sc/t9BXNEbPYV8W

    For default attributes, such as: SKU, Brands, Categories then you can enable / disable in Theme Settings > Product archive > Products styles https://prnt.sc/lgT-j3aiimC4

    My concern is the image swatch is now showing under the variation swatch. Is there a setting i can use to disable that?

    Hi wnuuwin,

    For Promo label, you don’t need to use it as Used for variations, just showing on product only.
