It’s possible when the button is created via the “Custom buttons” area in Theme Settings -> general -> Mobile bottom navbar.

Thank you for your information. We are limiting minimal use of external plugins. Please have a look at the snapshot: https://prnt.sc/M8UKHokSjTL2 . The text is coming is from Off canvas sidebar which is working Shop page filters and Blog Page categories. If I go ahead and remove the off canvas sidebar then the filter in the shop page will not work.
Is there any other way around to change that text by code snippet if possible?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change it using a code snippet because it could affect the proper work of that element.
The best way to change the title here is to use the Loco Translate.
