Please enter the product editing mode, and find this option: http://prntscr.com/j0qw1s Do you have any data there? Do you have id of HTML, like this [html_block id="1706"] (it is just an example) ?
If yes, then navigate to HTML blocks http://prntscr.com/j0qwza and find this block, enter it and check what element outputs the image. You will find in this element settings for an image.
If you have nothing on the product page, please provide step by step actions how did you add this images to the product page? Also, provide site admin access and link to the product.

Yes, it seems to be added by Dokan Pro plugin and it doesn’t have any “columns” option for that. You can do this manually customizing the file plugins/dokan-pro/includes/wc-functions.php and adding the code
woodmart_set_loop_prop( 'products_columns', 4 );
