This padding is important for all the Woocommerce templates, in order to remove it from the home page you need to add a negative margin to the first section if you use Elementor https://prnt.sc/uhivji or set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs for WP bakery page builder.
As for the indentation from the bottom, the slider section has the margin that is defined in your page builder so you need to edit the slider’s section and remove the margin bottom.
