I am reaching out to discuss an issue I’ve encountered on my website about WoodMart theme in conjunction with WooCommerce and Elementor on WordPress.
Problem Description:
On the product loop at ../shop/, I’ve set up a “Load More” button for users to view more products. On mobile, the carousel is the primary method for viewing a second product image. However, I’ve observed that after clicking the “Load More” button and loading additional products, if I attempt to view the second image of a product from the initial set by clicking the arrows, the image does not change, even though a second image is indeed available.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to ../shop on a mobile device.
Click the “Load More” button to display additional products.
Try clicking the left or right arrow of a product from the initial set to access the second image.
Expected Outcome: The second product image should appear upon clicking the arrow.
Actual Outcome: The product image remains unchanged.
I couldn’t locate a demo incorporating these features to verify if the issue persists there. However, I tested it on another website of mine that uses WoodMart, and the problem remains consistent.
To address this, I’ve taken comprehensive troubleshooting steps:
I’ve disabled all plugins to isolate any potential conflicts, but the issue still persists.
I’ve also verified for JavaScript discrepancies, ensured all themes and plugins are updated all to no avail.
The ability to seamlessly view multiple product images on mobile is paramount for an optimal user experience.
Shall I try to reinitializing the carousel script with a snippet plugin? Any tips on doing so?
Thank you!
