Can’t find translation for published date on post

Hi,
I’ve added te published date to the meta information on a single blog post by changing value 0 to 1. But i want to translate the string ‘On’ to ‘Op’ (English > Dutch) but can’t find it in any .po file. Can you help where to find it?

I rather don’t install another plugin just for 1 string of translation. Would there be another way to translate it?

Seems that it depends on which language you have selected in your account. In general, that date field is related to WordPress so our theme cannot influent it.
