my website is http://www.uzzzpets.com with woodmart theme. I already installed WP Rocket, upgraded my server, and canceled unnecessary plugins, but it is still very slow. I hope your team can help me with this problem, and give me some practical advice.

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, please send access to the admin dashboard.

That issue is related to the server itself, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory size.
