    Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my website, jimmyandjordan.com. When attempting to make a purchase on the site with a cart total exceeding ₹50,000, I’m unable to complete the checkout process. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at my website and address any issues present. Please add products to the cart adding to a value of ₹50,000 or more, complete the entire checkout form, and select either cash on delivery or any other payment gateway of your choice. However, please refrain from making the actual payment. Instead, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button so that you can identify and understand the issue that’s causing the problem.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then let me know i will check and give you a possible solution.

    HI team,

    Check the video, it leads to 504 error after sometime. No 3rd party plugin is making the issue. It’s your theme that is making the issue.

    This is the issue with your team only. When I deactivate your team everything is working fine. Please make the changes as required.

    This is the issue with your theme only because when I am trying to deactivate your theme and it is working only on the default WordPress theme every button is working fine but in your theme just from past three days I am facing this issue so would request you to kindly look this matter into urgency so that I’m not having the loss of sale and customers if you want you can you know check our website from your end also I have provided you the login credential so that you can go through a thorough analysis. As you suggested I deactivated each and every third-party plug-in and one by one I activated and check still it is not working but the moment I deactivate your theme and make it and run the website on a default wordpress then it is working fine. It is the issue with your theme so you need to work around on the same. I am suffering a huge loss because of these issue.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Your issue has been solved. Please check the site after removing the browser cache. The issue is that you have not updated the theme plugins after the theme update.
