    The search by SKU is not working. I have selected in the Theme/general/Search

    I have cleared all the cache and still not working. I deactivated plugins and still did not work. Returns phrase “no products” but does work when search a word

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    After deactivating the “B2bKing” plugins, the issue with the search had gone:

    So seems that those plugins somehow affect the search.
