Editing Homepage / Homepage not updating

Hello,
Newbie to Woocommerce. I’m wondering if you can help me?
Two questions
#1 The changes we’re making don’t seem to be applying to the homepage content (menus, logos). I’ve tried clearing the browser cache etc. The changes are applying to the store, just not the homepage. Can you help?
#2 How to edit the homepage?
What am I missing?

It depends on which Page Builders you are using to build your site. Please read through documentation to know how to use WoodMart theme https://xtemos.com/documentation/woodmart/
In order to edit header, please refer to this article https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/header-builder/?theme=woodmart
If it still doesn’t work, please provide me with screenshots for better understanding and temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will help you.

How do we delete the theme to have a clean slate?
This seems like a massive faff in comparison to Magento2 and Prestashop. There is no Delete Theme button.
Ignore, we’ve reinstall WP from scratch.
