Hi, I have noticed the recently viewed product widget is not working correctly on my live site, it is only showing one recently viewed product on the homepage (widget is set to show up to 4) and does not show up at all on the product page. On my staging site everything is working as expected so I pushed this update live today, however I’ve just noticed this issue on the live site . Could someone please look into this for me. Thanks in advance

    Hi joshgill1995,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

Recent view widget working well on my end https://prnt.sc/P7WLQUa8EmIQ

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

It seems this issue is only appearing when you are not logged into the production site.

On the staging site it is working perfectly logged in or not.

    Thanks,

    Hi joshgill1995,

As you can see, I did not login into the site https://prnt.sc/XtcriOcpyVVD

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:

    WoodMart Core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Let me know how it goes.

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me, thats very strange as I’ve tested it on numerous devices and major browsers and I get the same result, normally it works when logged in and it doesn’t when I’m logged out. I’m reluctant to disable any plugins on the live site as I don’t want it to effect any website visitors. On the staging site it works perfectly with all plugins enabled so I cant even use the staging site to debug the issue as its working perfectly. Must be something to do with the live environment. Could you test in a private browsing window for me to see if you can replicate the issue?

    Thanks for your patience.

Please send temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) of main site to Private Content area.
