SideCart is Empty ( no Content)

Hello Team!

I am writing to report an ongoing issue I have encountered with the sidecart. Specifically, I have noticed that the sidecart remains empty, despite adding items to it.

To better understand the issue, I recommend the following steps:
1-Navigate to any product on our website and proceed to add it to the cart.
2-Once the product has been added to the cart, please observe how the sidebar appears,( it works fine).
3-Return to the homepage and click on the cart icon to view its contents. Note how the sidebar consistently displays as empty, knowing that the cart is not empty.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Thanks for reaching to us.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

In case it works with default theme, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will take a look.

Hello Hung Pham,

We have just activated the Twenty Twenty-Three theme instead of the Woodmart theme. Please note that we have retained the Woodmart core and WooCommerce plugin activation. However, testing on another theme is not feasible since the sidecart is integrated within the header builder. Consequently, if we deactivate the Woodmart theme, the sidecart will not be visible in Twenty Twenty-Three.

wp-admin credential is incorrect, please check again.

Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

Please submit your own topic and send temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, I will check this problem for you.
