2. I want to set “sort by latest” on a certain page and “sort by polarity” on some pages. How should I set it?

1. It’s the default sorting from WooCommerce, here is more detail: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/woocommerce-product-sort-and-display/#:~:text=To%20enable%20the%20default%20WooCommerce,such%20as%20price%20and%20popularity.
2. Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

You can create a preset with the condition that is related to product pages in Theme Settings -> Settings Presets -> create such condition: https://take.ms/6wAhW , then edit that preset and in General -> Layout set the custom width: https://take.ms/243Zh

Just disable the cache plugin and resave global Theme Settings and Preset’s theme settings. Then recheck your issue.

Most likely, it comes from a third-party plugin so please try to disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
