    Hi,

I was trying to create a page with WP Bakery for sustainability and I used the Parallax effect available in the theme builder. It was working just fine for the desktop but in mobile view, there was about a 150px gap/margin between every section.

So, I changed the parallax setting to 1.0 now and it’s working well on both desktop and mobile view. But the smoothness between the sections is gone as it was before when the parallax setting was in between 2.0 and 2.5.

Please visit the URL below and scroll down. There is a parallax effect but not as smooth as it has to be.

Is there any way that we can set the parallax setting to smooth and not have that extra gap/margin?

    Thank You.

    Hi shweta,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

I changed Parallax speed to 2 https://prnt.sc/oCqupFiLJz3E and it looked same as 1 https://prnt.sc/DtXtiod4v2-f

Please double check and let me know how it goes.

    Hi,

I tried giving 2.0 speed to parallax but the images were too zoomed in after I applied the changes.
Any solution where the images are not too zoomed in and the parallax works flawlessly?

I’m not reverting the changes so you can visit the same link I’ve given and check the zoomed-in images once.

    Thank You.

    Hi shweta,

    I appreciate your patience.

There are 2 parallax options, first is the built-in parallax from WPBakery plugin for rows and columns, which is located in the general tab https://prnt.sc/4-2K7WUEI17U and WoodMart parallax, which is located in the design options https://prnt.sc/zBczbrMeX9Dl

You can see demos here https://woodmart.xtemos.com/layout-parallax/?opt=layout_parallax

It is also important to note that WoodMart parallax is disabled on mobile to avoid stretching and performance issues.

You are using Parallax effect from WPBakery, then it works as it is, we have no influence on it and cannot turn it off, improve, or change its operation in any way.

In additional to background parallax is not some magic trick, and using it actually has its cost. In order for the parallax effect to occur, the image must be larger than the container in which it is located, because of that the zooming effect is inevitable. In order for the image to scroll faster, it must be higher, and when it becomes higher, it zooms even more.

For example, if you make 2.0, it means that the image will be twice as high as its original size https://prnt.sc/PyEvXkB3Dx36. So in order to use high values of parallax speed – you need to use a taller image with the correct aspect ratio which there will be enough margin of pixel density during the zooming.

    Hi,

Thank you for the response. I’ll check this and let you know how it works.

In the meantime, Can you help me with the other issue I have here? On the product page, we changed some settings like hiding side images and making the width full in theme settings but the product image seems too big now. How can I make it a bit smaller so that will fit in the screen size?

Also, I want to hide the Labels of Frame Size and Frame Color.
    Just the marked area: https://ibb.co/QkpVWYx

    Hi shweta,

    I appreciate your patience.

I see the labels are removed. Did you resolve it by yourself?
