I’m fighting against the shop settings. Both with the standard one and with the new layout I created.
This is the questions I have:

    1. I’m using the “off-canvas filter” and all works fine except that I do not know how to define the filter to display in the off-canvas. Actually I have a blank column. I setup the HTML block in “product archive >> shop filter >> content”, but it’s not the right place. See image attached “off-canvas”.
    2. in “product archive >> products grid >> product per page” I entered 50 (see image “products x page” attached), but I see only 15 product per page in the shop. why? in the “archive product” setting of the shop layout I defined all fields as “inherit from the theme”
    3. I created a new layout for the shop and I wanted to add both the “show off-canvas filter” button and the “filters area” button, but as for I see they cannot be active together. can you confirm it?
    4. can i load different filters list (say different “HTML blocks”) depending on the category chosen (below the page title” by the user?

    thank you

    Hello,

This widget area is for the Shop / Product categories pages. WooCommerce filters and Product categories should be added here. There is also an option to make a sliding sidebar on each device: Off-canvas sidebar for mobile/Off-canvas sidebar for tablet/Off-canvas sidebar for desktop – hides the sidebar and shows nicely on button click on the shop page.

Actually, with some of the Demos there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for the Single Product and Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that. Edit Layouts with page builder and configure the settings.

Try to create a custom layout for specific categories and configure the filters in the page builder for separate categories.
    Please check this Manual:

    Best Regards.

hi, you did not reply to my question.
    I’ll detail it better.

Look at the image attached “shop”.
You can see (https://staging.acinolilla.com/shop) that I created the hidden sidebar for filters, actually empty.
The question is: how can I add the filters in this hidden sidebar? adding widgets? adding an HTML block?

Look now at the image attached “widgets”.
I created some test filters as widgets, as you can see in the image attached, in different widgets shop areas, but nevertheless they are not displayed in the hidden sidebar.

So, the main question always is: how can add the filters in the hidden sidebar?

A problem in the problem is that in the widget area “shop page widget area” I added a widget that I cannot be deleted, as the “delete” menu item is missing. Look always at the image attached “widgets”.
How can I delete this widget?

I attach also the admin credentials in case you want to look with your eyes what I wrote.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp login details so will check and import the demo on your site.

    Best Regards.

ok, I’ll follow your hint and let you know the result.

anyway, where I should add the filters for the hidden sidebar? in the “shop page” or “shop filters” widget area? Can I add an HTML block instead?

    Hello,

You can add the filters from Appearance > Widgets > add the filters in the shop page widgets area. For the shop filters add the widgets in the shop filters widget area.

    Best Regards.

could you also please reply to the outstanding question #2?

in “product archive >> products grid >> product per page” I entered 50 (see image “products x page” attached), but I see only 15 product per page in the shop. why? in the “archive product” setting of the shop layout I defined all fields as “inherit from the theme”

    thank you

    Hello,

You have set the product per page 40 from Theme Settings > product Archive. Now I have enabled the custom layout on your site and the 40 products per page are showing fine on your site.

    Screenshot for clarification:

Also i have set the product per page 50 it is showing fine. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

    Best Regards.

Hi Aizaz, I returned to the standard shop, as I do not want the custom layout.
It was just a test to understand the off-canvas filters features – that I’m not able to make it work – so I come back to the standard shop with the standard left sidebar.
With this picture in mind, I setup the product archive >> product grid >> product per page = 40, but I see only 15 product in the shop, and I do not understand the reason …
Is there any other settings that overwrite this one?

    Hello,

Can you please share some screenshots for better understanding of the issue or share the small video for better understanding? I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

sure. it’s quite easy to explain. Look at the images attached.
In the shop there are 15 products displayed.
In the theme settings I entered 40 products per page.
    Where is the error?

    Hello,

Now I have checked your site again and it is showing 40 products. Sometimes, your browser might be showing you a cached version of the page. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the page in incognito/private mode to see if the changes appear.

    Best Regards.
