Problems with the mobile menu

Hello.
I have 2 questions, I would be grateful for your help.
1. In the screenshot at the bottom right, the mobile menu item is circled. For some reason the menu icon is not displayed. Please tell me how to restore the icon image or preferably upload your own.
2. In the second screenshot, the mobile drop-down menu looks ugly and crumpled. I can’t figure out how to fix this. Help me please.
