Payment Methods Error Message

    I am only using single gateway PayPal Checkout & currently in USD only.

    The below message will pop-up when:
    1.click checkout on side bar
    2.Proceed to checkout on shop cart page
    3. Place order page (…and it will not proceed)

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements”

    Questions:
    1. How to get rid of the message.
    2. How to customize so that PayPal buyers can apply coupon before proceed to payment after filling in the required particulars.

    Make sure you have enabled it in WooCommerce > Settings gJc20lmDw7Fh@@o8

    Enable and configure your payment. You will find instructions on payment configuration in the documentation of the plugin you use.
