Need some help with the header – slider section

    Hi.. I need some clarification on a few things:

    1. There is a bar in between my header and slider. I tried doing everything to remove it, but I can\\\\\\\’t seem to remove it.

    2. In the mobile view, right at the bottom, there is 4 links (Shop, wishlist, cart & myaccount) – how do i remove this?

    3. In the mobile view menu, i see \\\\\\\’Menu\\\\\\\’ & \\\\\\\’Categories\\\\\\\’ – how do i remove the categories?

    4. Finally, although ive tried to upload my media items with the lowest file size, i still find the site a little laggy when loading. My question is does the theme support any caching plugins? for example w3cache or WP rocket? will the theme work well with these plugins?

    Hello,

    01. You can find the option in the Design tab for WP bakery page builder and the Advanced tab for Elementor.
    Here is the Manual:

    02. Go to Theme Settings > General > mobile bottom navbar.

    03. Go to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Switch to mobile header > configure mobile menu > disable the option show categories.

    04. Our theme is fully compatible with WP Rocket plugin and we use it on our demo website.

    Thanks for the info. I have 2 more queries if you can help.

    1. How do i remove/turn off the default popup by woodmart theme. See screenshot attached.
    2. Why is it that my page bg colour which is black, on many pages dont cover the entire page? See screenshot attached.

    Hello,

    01. Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Promo popup > disable promo popup.

    02. Your whole checkout page background color is black. And your page title background color is gray. If You want to change the page title color, You can change the page title background color from Pages > Edit page > In the bottom of the page settings change the background color of the page title area.

    Thank you, but you missed out on question 3 which i posted under private.

    3. Please see this page: https://quulo.co.uk/product/urbanflex/ – you will notice ‘Clearpay and Klarna’ icon. The text below the icon is black, and so is the bg colour, how do i change that text to white?

    Please see screenshot attached. After the last i got a theme update a few days ago .. this happened .. When i go to elementor and fix it, it becomes ok, but after i save it, it becomes like this again.

    Please advice.

    Hello,

    It seems that the file_get_contentsfunction for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.
