    Hello, I am using your woodmart theme on my website. I am getting an error when editing the elementor fields in the product view areas. When I constantly edit the page and click on update, the page turns blank in Elementor I make do not change.

    Another problem is the payment page.

    When we do not click on the option ” Send to a different address ” in the section I show with a red arrow, it asks me to enter the address again.

    If it is not clicked, it does not see the address and does not proceed to the payment page.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I tried to try the themes you mentioned, but this is already a feature of your theme, so I did not have the chance to try it on others.

    The problem is that I cannot edit the product page while it is on Woodmart. In addition, I did not create a product page, it is already a layout that is included in the theme.

    Hello,

    This is a single-product layout. Go to Layouts > edit single product layout with Elementor and check the elements.

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping option > Select Force shipping to customer’s billing address:

    I know I can edit with elementor, but the problem is that the steps I make are not recorded.

    Have you faced any issue while editing the layout? But i have checkout your site and edit the single product layout with elementor it is fine.

    Can you delete any object and try?

    Do anything in the sample product details text and click update
    After waiting for a short while, it seems to have been saved. Log in to the site and check that the changes you made will appear to have not been saved.

    You will see that it is not registered

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.
