Search not working

    Hi there,

    When I do a search on my site, the drop down works great and shows the results, but when I then click to view results in a search page I get no results (nothing found)?

    DO you know what he usual cause of this is?

    Please switch to the default theme and check the issue. Contact us if this problem occurs only on our theme.

    Unfortunately the site is live and I can’t turn everything Off or change theme? As obviously the client wouldn’t be happy as he is taking sales. Is there anyway you could have a look to see what possible issue it maybe? I’ve turned off all the plugins I can without effecting the look of the site.

    We’re really struggling to identify why the search results have stopped working??

    The issue is that this functionality is a part of the WooCommerce plugin and not related to our theme. That is why it is required to identify where exactly this problem is coming from.

    Im not sure how best I can do this without effecting the live site.

    On another note, could you let me know how I can have the coupon box in Checkout always open? At the moment you have to press a link for it to appear and many customers are missing it – thanks

    Hello,

    Navigate to Appearance > Themes > chose default WP theme twenty forty, for example, test and then get back to your current all the settings would remain.

    Try this CSS code:

    .checkout_coupon{
    display:block;
    }

    put this CSS into Theme Setting > Custom CSS > Desctop

    Thanks for getting back, that doesn’t seem to keep the coupon box open in the checkout? Ive reset cache without luck.
