Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. If the problem remains to send us your FTP access

i need the sidebar, but not showing in good way .
i think there is an issue.

i sent you cpanel details and wp admin to find the bugs.

You can’t show the filters area there. If you need the same widgets, you just need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets from that area to your main shop page widgets area.

i wondering if i want to remove categories from header, any advise?

Hello,

If you want to remove categories from Page title, I mean these ones http://prntscr.com/j5hp6s you will need to navigate Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar & Page title > Categories in page heading and set “no” http://prntscr.com/j5hppf
