Change “Select options” text for product tabs & Product archieve

Hi team. How can I change the select options text that appears on products with variations to “Add to cart” . Select options text is not user friendly & I want to change it. I have tried changing it via the loco translate app but it did not change the text. Please help

In order to translate words, please make sure you synced the strings first before translating WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/

I didnt get it. What do you mean by synced the strings? And where? In the loco plugin? Show me a video if possible
