Could you advise on
1. how to rename addition information tab in single product page to product details?
2. how to filter certain only certain text of product attributes to show in this tab, e.g I want to show only attributes that contain these text “material”, “fabric”, “pattern”, “decoration”
If you have answers to them, really appreciate.

Do you have any CSS codes that show only attributes that contain these text “material”, “fabric”, “pattern”, “decoration” across all products, as I do not want to set visibility for each attribute for each product?

No CSS code would not solve such an issue. You will have to enter each product and edit.
