Product page after adding form not scrolling smoothly

    Hi,

    I’m creating a website for tyres selling company and I have a form for users to select if they want the tyre delivered at home. While selecting the options in the steps, a user scrolls down the form and does not scroll smoothly.

    Please visit the Website URL below and find the “Do you want the Tyres delivered at home?” question and select yes then a form will appear, and then scroll down. There you can see a flick between the sections. I want that scroll to be smooth.
    Please check out the video as well. The video is from another project but the issue is the same.

    I’ve used Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce plugin to create the form.

    Hi,

    I turned off the “sticky product” option in the theme setting that’s why it’s scrolling fine. But at delivery time, we may need to turn on the sticky product option. So, instead of waiting until the delivery time, I’m asking for a solution right now to save some time. If we didn’t, the solution will be saved for future reference.

    Hi,

    Can we set the dark logo only on the product page?
    We have set a white logo and transparent background and on scroll the logo is dark and the background is white for the entire website. But on the shop page, the background is white the header is transparent and the logo is also white that’s why the logo is not visible. It’s not even turning dark on scroll while on the entire website, the logo is turning dark on scroll.

    Any solution for this issue?

    Hello,

    You are using the custom header for every page. You can check the custom header for a separate page and edit it. You can check the shop page header and add the black logo in the shop header.

    Hi,
    I got it. Thank you for this.

    We have another issue. In the same project, we have a sustainability page. I’ll share the link below. We want to display only 2 lines on every section on the page and add a read more button below. If the user clicks on that read more button it should expand like accordions. But If I use accordions, then everything will be hidden until I click on the button. We just want to display 2 lines and the rest will be in the read more. Is there any solution for this?

    Hi,

    On the product page, the left area overlaps with the navbar. The left section was in the middle and I don’t know how the position changed. How can I make it in the middle again? Please check the screenshot below.

    Also, there is no footer available on the product page in a private/incognito window.

    02. Go to Woodmart > Header builder > edit this header and in the header setting disable the option to make it overlap.

    01. Sustainability page read more: I did exactly what it was in the tutorial and thanks to you it’s working. But the read more button is too close to the content. Can we do something about that? Check the screenshot for the reference below. Please have a look at that too.

    02. I want the left area to be in the middle of the section. It’s not about the overlapping but the content was in the middle of the page before. Today it’s on the top and I don’t know why and how. Please check that issue also.

    Please check the private content for the credentials.

    And let me know what you did for future reference. It’ll help me in the future and I can do the same thing quickly.

    Hi,

    I tried turning off the header overlapping in the theme settings. By doing that, the top spacing is fixed, but there is some top padding or margin at the top of the home page.

    On some pages, the footers also overlap.

    On the home page, it’s perfect.

    On the product page, it’s not available. Previously it was available.

    On some other pages, the footer is overlapping. It’s my account page.

    So, I turned the header overlapping off in the theme settings.
    I already provided the admin credentials. Please have a look at the settings and what are the things that are doing it.

    Please have a look at sustainability, the footer overlapping and not showing on product pages, and the footer is overlapping on some pages.

    02. For the footer not showing on single product pages, Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.4 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.

    If the issue still remains, deactivate the third-party plugins on your site and check the issue. If the issue still persists, let me know I will further check the issue on your site.
