You can download the plugin in your account on our website and update it manually via Dashboard > Plugins > Add new.
OR you can go to Appearance > Install Plugins section then update the plugin.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
