Hi Akmal Baig,

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

You can download the plugin in your account on our website and update it manually via Dashboard > Plugins > Add new.

OR you can go to Appearance > Install Plugins section then update the plugin.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

The given version is yet 7.2. Please provide wp-bakery 7.3. For the reference, Please see the screenshot attached
