Top Bar in Header Builder – Multiple Elemnts in Mobile

Hi,

In the top bar of the header builder we have 3 elements we want to display. On the desktop version of the site they can all be visible at the same time due to the width of the screen but on mobile it is not possible. How do we set it up so that the 3 elements are on a sliding animation that pauses for each element before changing to the next element.
The elements we have is a review widget, and 2 text blocks. We want to show 1 at a time on the mobile, pause and then change with an animation effect.

Please can you explain how this can be done without impacting the styling of the desktop.
