I can not close Revolution Slider for Mobile

Hello there.

I want to prevent the top sellers section on the main page from appearing on mobile. However, when I first make the settings, it opens after it closes.

We talked about this before. It happens when the cache plugin is turned off, but I need to turn it off while the cache plugin is running.

I have searched and found the following code at the site of the slider developer. But it did not work.
I think the problem will be solved if we forbid a code like this.
