No theme update emails from Themeforest

    Hi –

    We have had two copies of Woodmart for months already, and still never get “theme update” emails from Themeforest!

    My Wordfence Security plugin is what “alerts” me to the fact that the theme needs an update.

    We do get email updates, from Themeforest, for the other themes we use, so why doesn’t your theme send alerts thru Themeforest?

    Hi,

    Sorry, but we don’t know why you don’t get that emails. But you are able to activate the theme with your purchase code via Dashboard -> Woodmart -> Activate license and get free auto updates and notifications directly in your WordPress dashboard.

    The emails are coming thru now and am also getting the “update” info in the dashboard!

    Hello again –

    I got an email today, from Envato, telling me there was an update for Woodmart.

    Last time I updated, I was able to do it directly from the Theme appearance area, by just clicking on “update.”

    I just looked and there is no update “notification” on the theme yet, within my site.

    Does it take awhile to show?

    Or should I use Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades, again, to make the update?

    Which, I think I told you, hasn’t been updated for two years and has this warning message: Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.

    Hi,

    It may take some time to get the update there. You can try to click on “Check again” button in Dashboard -> Updates to refresh it.
