    Hallo

I have a problem with arranging elements when I use the “XTemos Layout -> Container Stretch = Stretch Container” option in the container.

The page width is 1370px (elementor and woodmart settings).

When I don’t have a background, I set the main “Firma2” container (containing all the content) to “container_firma2.png” – and it works OK in all resolutions.
When I make a gray background in a row, I add an additional container “firma1_bg” (settings “container_firma1_bg.png”) in which I set the gray background and the option “XTemos Layout -> Container Stretch = Stretch Container”. I put the main container “firma1” (containing all the content) into this container – exactly like “Company2” in the line without the background (settings “container_firma1.png”). However, I cannot control the content of this line, the margins are different in each resolution.
It is already visible in the ELEMENTOR that something is wrong because the width of the “Firma1” container is different than that of “Firma2” (stretch_elementor.jpg) no matter what I do with the “Firma2” container settings.
What am I doing wrong or is there any other way to get the background to cover the entire width of the page other than adding an additional container like I’m doing…?

    Greetings
    Szymon

    Hallo

I have no idea how to explain it better with a video. Maybe I will try to briefly describe it again, I also sent access data in a private message and I made a copy of the main page – Home (Copy). You can test on it.

On this page (in ELEMENTOR), take a look at the two containers (and of course their contents):
    1. “Firma1_bg” – this is the line with the background
    2. “Firma2” – this is a line without background

    Container layout:
    1. “Firma1_bg” (stretched) -> “Firma1” (boxed, content included)
    2. “Firma2” (boxed, content included)

As you will notice (I am sending a better screenshot again – red squares show the area of the containers “Firma1” and “Firma2”).
Containers with content “Firma1” and “Firma2” have different widths in ELEMENTOR even though they have the same settings.

I hope my explanation is better now. However, if you have any questions, please ask.

    Greetings
    Szymon

    Hallo

Unfortunately, it is still not displayed correctly (a screenshot is attached, the red lines on the sides show the correct dimension). “Firma1” (with background) is too narrow and “Firma2” (without background) is too wide.

As I wrote earlier, the problem is visible already at the ELEMENTOR (screenshot in the previous email). It seems to me that when the container has the “stretch container” option enabled, the margins of 15 px on each side are lost somewhere. Page and containers are set to 1370px, but the real display is 1340px without background, but lines with background looks like display 1370px.

How to correct it? Why doesn’t “Firma1” have the same width as “Firma2” despite having the same settings? As if “Firma1_bg” influenced “Firma1″…

    Greetings
    Szymon

    Hello,

The problem is in its sections that do not stretch to the entire width of the container in its settings – “justify-content”.

For the content to be aligned on both edges of the parent container, the value of “space between” must be selected.

This is visible in the video https://gyazo.com/b731e39d8af2d29204035784989d9ab4. So this is not a problem with the theme or element.

    Best Regards.

    Hallo

I have tried such settings… However, there is always a problem with these 15px side margins. I solved the problem by adding additional margins in the appropriate containers.
Thank you for your help and please close the topic.
