Can't see how to edit the "mailing list pop up" when you land on the home page?

I maybe missing something obvious but there is a pop up which appears when you land on the homepage to sign up to the mailing list, which is great. I want to use it however I need to edit the words and add my image to this popup.
I cannot find where this pop up is coming from in the pages, posts or anywhere in the theme setup. Can you please tell me where I can edit the mailing list pop up that is included in the theme?

Hello,
In order to edit your popup, you will need to find out which HTML block is used. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Promo Popup and check “Promo popup text”
Next, go to Dashboard HTML block find by ID and edit.
