xrenateParticipantI make one product with 2 variations and on the shop page they are shown as 2 unique products pointing to the same page (satin sleepers – goud)
The first product has a drop down menu showing all variations (in this case 12 colors) instead of showing the 12 colors as unique seperate products on the shop page. This is how we want it (product: satin sleepers).
How can we correct the ‘satin sleepers – goud’ product so it is shown as one unique product with drop down meny on the shop page?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

xrenateParticipantYes

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Try to use the “Show single variation” option (Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products) to show each variation as a unique separate product on the shop page.
Here is our documentation on how to adjust it: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/show-single-variation/

xrenateParticipantSeriously? This is your reply.. That is exactly what i NOT want. I want the other way around. All variations shown as ONE product and your theme is not working to do this. Please READ my message instead of giving me a false answer.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Do you mean to show the dropdown for the satin sleepers – goud product as well https://prnt.sc/9FJx1mcm2H-J ?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards

xrenateParticipantYes, exactly. And for every other new product we create.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You need to define attributes from appropriate input in the settings of the product: https://prnt.sc/SgKJ1MdXGkz9 , not manually like in your case: https://prnt.sc/2crzlDONMZ7R
Then you need to define the attributes that you want to see on the Shop archive as a dropdown in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products -> Grid swatch attribute to display: https://prnt.sc/3ZNFuaNFdCL3
If there’s anything else we can do, please get in touch.
Kind Regards

xrenateParticipantI followed your instructions and they did not work as well.
You can see for yourself (the gold and red products), it is not working.
I would highly appreciate if this can be solved now asap. You asked me for my login details which I provided to you. Please make the golden product correctly working and show us what you did afterwards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Okay, but first please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
After disabling all plugins except required, the dropdown appeared on each product: https://prnt.sc/baGVstU6LCrS
Then I found that the “WooCommerce Show Single Variations” affects it so please disable that plugin and recheck the issue.
In the meantime, feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
Kind Regards
