I do the changes in main-menu.php and put it in a child theme but the changes do not reflect. That means that your theme have no support for the child theme
If you are talking about header-builder/main-menu.php file then yes, it can’t be changed in the child theme because it is not a default WordPress template file. We will add this ability in our future updates.
