Firstly, could you check if you’ve set the “My Account” page under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced?

On the same page, you’ll find “Account endpoints” – these should be unique and not blank. If you want to remove the download tab, remove the download endpoint.

If it is not working then could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If the issue with woodmart theme deactivated the third party plugins on your site and share the wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.
