    This are not opening properly or keep loading. Yes I can add new widgets in this tiles. But how to add new tiles where I can add my custom widgets.

    Please install classic widget plugin for widgets: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
    Can you please tell us where you want to add widgets?
