breadcrumbs and coupon form

hello,

1- how can i make appear the breadcrumbs on page title. I only can make them appear on the page. I tried all settings and could not. Can you teach me please?
2- “order steps”(image1) disappeared from checkout page(image2). If i add it manually with elementor it appears under “add coupon”(image3). How can i make it appear the “order steps” automatically like a page title? or on top of “add coupon”.
3- better would be remove this “add coupon”(image 2) and add one like this(image4). How can i add this (image4) form?
