I would like to change the fonts on promo banners but I don’t find any option for this.
I’m creating new promo banners and editing thru WP Bakery but there is not any option to choose fonts (Google or Tipekit fonts)

All the theme fonts are configured in Theme Settings > Typography.
One more way is custom CSS.
You say you use WP Bakey Page Builder, you can use Custom Heading Element allowing you to chose the heading type, color, size and custom font. You can apply it not only to heading but also display your text choosing tag p
