    Hi support, after the migration (I exported & imported all) from the staging domain to the pre-prod domain, the system is extremely slow (llok image attached), and sometime it shows an err 500 because it takes too much time to load the page.
    Do you have a system admin / performances specialist that can give a look and help me to fix it?

    Hello,

    In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket.     no, it’s not a matter of plugin of content, as in the staging environment is performing well, while after the export from staging and import to pre-prod the performances decrease suddenly. that’s why I’m asking you if there is an expert in your team to ask for support

    Hello,

    It could be the issue with the server itself. If you send me access to that pre-prod site, I can investigate that issue with the speed, also, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    Seems that your server is not stable because on the default theme, we can see that the site loads around 1.7s and it’s not normal for the default theme. On the default theme, the page should load around 1s.

    Also, on the default theme, the same issue appears (This site can’t be reached took too long to respond.) therefore our theme cannot cause that issue because on the default the same issue persists.

    Please contact your host support, check the log file, and advise what causes the problem.
