    I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE yith_woocommerce_points_and_rewards PLUGIN, IT IS CORRECT BUT THE POINTS MESSAGES ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE PRODUCTS (the plugin shows a message that by purchasing the product you get x points), this message appears in the product part but there is something that prevents to be shown. I send an example of what it looks like.

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

    Also, the issue could be solved in case you’re using Custom Layouts and WoodMart theme does have a special “Hook” widget in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Good morning, thank you for your help, I am trying to do what you tell me and it still does not work, I wanted to implement this plugin on the websites that I have in addition to this one with the same theme, could you help me with this issue, because I am unable to do the action they ask of me.

    If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not related to WoodMart theme.

    Actually, your mentioned concern is specifically related to a third-party Plugin for which you might need to contact the respective Plugin Support because according to the Envato Policy, we don’t provide Support for the third-party Plugin issues.

    Excuse me, I don’t think I explained it properly in my previous email, it’s not that it fails in different themes, but that I need to integrate this plugin into your theme and I have three websites with your theme where I want to do the integration, otherwise I won’t be able to continue offering your subject to customers. I have contacted the plug-in development company and they tell me that everything is correct and that the message not being displayed is due to some parameter of their theme. If you have had this problem with more clients and you have given them a solution, I only ask for your help since then I need to implement it in 3 other sites with the woodmart theme (which I am very satisfied with), but I need to be able to solve this problem or have offer more help.

    The plugin is working correctly and does its job, except that the points to obtain message is not shown in our theme and it is because something paralyzes it, the rest of the plugin works correctly.
