Can't activate theme: API request call error.

When trying to activate our theme license key, there is the error appearing:
“API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”
We contacted our server providers and they said we already have the latest version of OpenSSL.

He said that we already have the latest verion of everything. We are also currently running an up to date version of woodmart already on this server which is working fine.

Have you tried using a flat FTP client?
I tried accessing on multiple pc’s and it works fine here.
We still can not connect. Maybe access to your server is restricted by the country?
Maybe your IP got blocked by our server. Can you give me your IP? I will unblock it in the direct admin.
