Problems with single product layout

    Hello, I’m afraid, I don’t understand how to use prebuilt layouts here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/. All I see is an empty elementor page (see attached video).

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.4.3 . If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide:

    If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

    If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hello Xtemos team,
    the theme and core are up to date, I also had no success with deactivating plugins and activating parent instead. I will provide login data as soon as I have my backup.

    Hello, here is the info for the problem search. None of the layouts function (single product and all others are empty (see video attached earlier). Please let me know how to fix the problem.

    Dear Aizaz,
    thank you very much for your help. I can create a layout now, but I still have problems recreating my current layout. It would be so much easier to edit already existing.
    I took the layout closest to what I wanted to have. So, the first issue is the Paypal buttons. They don’t hook to the new layout automatically (the setting was in Paypal config “show on product page”). How do I fix it?

    The second issue is that I don’t understand how to make columns within a container (see the desired view). At the moment I can only place elements in one row.

    Third issue: products with single product layout seem not to support extra content block (because it is not defined in the layout?)

    About Brand Tab is also not hooked automatically

    Tabs presentation on mobile is wrong: they are shown as a slider instead of accordion, also the formatting of hooked HTML blocks is wrong (see attached screenshots) – summing up – it is quite useless at the moment 🙁

    Hello,

    01, 03, When you create a custom layout with Elementor it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with Elementor manually.

    We have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
