Theme is blank after install – downloaded plugins shut site down

    I have installed the template and have wasted the whole day reinstalling WordPress, the template, and various plugins to find out which plugins cause the 500 error when I can actually get the template to show up. Usually, I just get a white screen after install.

    I’ve tried several times to upload the zipped file through the template install, but it tells me that the link has expired, so I’m forced to upload it through FTP. You may not offer support for install, but if it won’t install correctly, I need help or my money back.

    Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    The white screen usually appear when you have a 500 internal server error. 500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     I went through the process to find the problem and none of it worked. I called my server company ipage.com and they checked to see if it was a server issue. They checked it and this is what is now appearing when I go to the site. They said it is a problem with the theme.

    This is what I get when I try to install through WordPress. Please either give me a working copy or my money. Right now I’ll take either. I have lost an entire day with this mess and I am really getting frustrated.

    Hello,

    So if you can’t upload it via WordPress dashboard, then you need to increase uploading limits on your server. We suggest you to contact your providers for help in this situation.

    But it is definitely not a PHP error in our theme.
