How I Can Reverse Show single variation Feature

I activate this Option. But Due to this Feature Active on My Site Many More Product do Not Show On The Front page Even When Someone Visit a Single Category And They Found only One Product Different Variation on That Page and Other Products goes on a Long List. this is Not Good. Therefore I want to Reverse this Option Feature. I want now when someone visit the Page they Will see all Products and In Every single Product They can Switch the Colors or Sizes As well. Please Help Me What I do for This Purpose.
