LCP problems on all pages on mobile

Hello,
Since few days, my mobile version website are very slow (+3 seconds to load a page). I see a reccuring problem from LCP (see screenshot) :

And on products archives page :
The problem always comes from an image on the page. This seems to be linked to Lazy Loading. You should know that I use WP Rocket and that I configured it according to your documentation.
I obviously disabled the plugins but it doesn’t seem to be related to a conflict between plugins. I don’t know what’s going on and it’s seriously impacting mobile browsing. It takes between 3 to 6 seconds to change pages and this risks harming my visitors. Whereas on a computer, everything loads in less than a second.
