Infinite Scrolling and Load More not working on theme builder’s template

We have created a specific template for a product category. The infinite scrolling is not working and, if you click on “load more” button, it does not work either. Could you please help with that?

Hello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

It is not working on our end for the category which is using the specific template (url in extra info)
In this case, we need your admin and FTP access from your live website.
Both websites are live and have the same configuration and functionalities, the only difference is the (sub)domain. Please bear in mind that we cannot disable plugins and limit functionalities in our production site 🙁
