Hello,
For the first time, Elementor added the option of containers in version 3.6 in August 2022. In version 3.16.1 in August 2023, Elementor made the container option enabled by default. This, along with complaints from our clients, forced us to rework the entire import to containers to comply with the latest Elementor updates and upcoming updates in the future.
The rows/columns and containers switching mechanism is part of the Elementor plugin, so through our theme, we cannot influence the disappearance of containers when switching from containers to columns. This is because Elementor itself has designed such a mechanism where rows/columns can be transformed into containers, and containers into columns – they cannot.
Unfortunately, supporting two versions of dummy content simultaneously is impossible. The lack of backward compatibility for containers when using columns, as implemented by Elementor, leaves only one choice – to use containers, and gradually convert all content created in columns to containers.
If, for any reason, you want to access our old dummy content created on rows/columns, the only way to do it is to install our previous version 7.3.4 (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aVJTO0JtukLeB7NJdFngEtq41_wP0Sms/view?usp=sharing), install it along with our old dummy content, necessary layouts, and templates. After that, update to the latest version 7.4.3, and manually disable containers in the Elementor settings beforehand.
Kind Regards
