How to filter for product attribute WP Bakery product carousel?

I created a product attribute and want to filter in the product carousel (WP Bakery) for the terms defined for that attribute. How do I do that? For me it’s not appearing in the backend.

Yes, we don’t see the errors now. Will you be able to disable all external plugins so we could check how it works without them? And provide us your FTP access

Thank you, I will try it. But why is that? We don’t want to have more links which could be indexed and have to block them per robots.txt.
It is a WPBakery feature and we can’t change it in our theme scope.
